कैसे करे नवरात्रो में मनोकामना हेतु माता की आराधना

प्रिय हम बहुत बार व्रत तो करते है परंतु हमे उनके नियम नही पता होता हिन्दू धर्म में व्रत की अपनी मान्यता होती है अगर हम व्रत बिना नियम और बिना जानकारी के करे तो उसका फल ना के बराबर होता ही होता है । अथवा किसी भी व्रत को करने से पहले हमें उनके बारे में पूर्ण जानकारी आर्ज़ित कर लेनी चाइए ।
हम बात कर रहे है नवरात्रो की हमे नवरात्रो में क्या नियम और क्या सामग्री इस्तेमाल करनी चाइए जिससे व्रत का फल पूरा मिले ।
घट स्थापना  - घट स्थापना का मतलब यहाँ कलश से लिया गया है नवरात्रो में कलश स्थापना की जरूरी मानी गयी है । दुर्गा पूजा हमे पूर्व दिशा की और मुह करके करनी चाइए । व् पूजा करने वाले व्यक्ति को कलश का स्थान
अपने बाये हाथ की और रखना चाइए ।
सबसे पहले हमें रेतली मिटटी नीचे ज़मीन पर डाल कर उसके ऊपर कलश जल से भरकर रखना चाइए उसके बाद उस कलश पर आम के पत्तो की शाखा रखनी चाइए उसके ऊपर दूसरा कलश रखे उनके बाद उस पर भी आम की शाखा रखे उसके ऊपर 1 नारियल चुनरी के साथ रख दे । इस दोनों कलश में थोड़ी सी चीनी व् चावल दाल दे और दोनों कलश पर कलावा भी बांध दे ।
सामग्री-गंगाजल , रोली , मोली, पान सुपारी, धुप बत्ती , फल फूल की माला , बिलाव पत्र , चावल, बंधन वार के लिए आम के पत्ते, चन्दन, कलश, नारियल , हल्दी की गांठ, पंच रतन,लाल वस्त्र, पूर्ण पात्र ( चावल से भरा पात्र) , जो और जो उगाने के लिए किसी भी नदी की मिट्टी , प्रसाद, शुगंदित तेल,
सिंदूर , कपूर , पंच सुगंध, नवेद के लिए फल इत्यादि(पंचअमृत) दुर्गा जी की प्रतिमा ।
व्रत करने की विधि -इस व्रत में व्यक्ति को प्रातः काल उठकर स्नान कर साफ वस्त्र धारण करने चाइए फिर घर पर ही या मंदिर जाकर नवरात्रो में दुर्गा जी का ध्यान करके दुर्गा सप्सती का पाठ करना चाइए ।
